| SMS recently completed the addition of a new chewing gum line to a facility here in Georgia. We were responsible for all equipment installation and erection as well as Process Piping (Stainless Steel, Sanitary Piping & Jacketed Piping) and HVAC to this new product line. The project included installation of all material conveying systems, manufacturing equipment, chillers, boilers, pumps and associated piping. This was a fast tracked project in an existing facility. Having to work in a facility that was running product at all times, sanitation and safety, were of the utmost importance. With close coordination between, SMS and the owner, the project was completed on time and within budget. | |||||
